Available presence is not being sent to all connected resources after subscription is approved

Description

If a user is logged from many resources and he adds a new contact to his roster then only one resouce will get the available presence after the presence subscription is approved. The same problem happens when the contact is removed from the roster. Unavailable presences must be sent to all connected resources.
