Stops sending online presence

Description

I have updated to 4.1.3 (from 4.0.4) a week ago and have already seen a few instances of a user sending a message to another user but being shown to him as offline. Although it is still shown as online on the Sessions page (with a green icon). Restarting the other client doesn't help. Only if you restart the first client (shown as offline) it will start showing as online again. Presumable this happens after a client's PC goes to sleep and his presence turns to offline and when it goes back its presence is getting stuck in offline (though it shows as online in its own client and on the Sessions page). Need to get more details on that to confirm.

It looked green. And my first idea was that this user somehow blocked me (via privacy settings), but restarting her client was enough to fix this. This wasn't first time (with another user before), so it looks suspicious. I just get a message from a user which is shown to me as offline (in Spark). This might be Spark 2.9.0 quirk. I have rolled back to 2.8.3 again and will watch for this to repeat.

wroot, you'll want to investigate how this client's session appears on the Openfire Admin Console to see if it shows online (green) there or online without presence (grey)
