PubSub Admin Console - Re-enabling service doesn't reload nodes

Description

Prerequisite: At least one node is configured

  1. Navigate to 'Server' > 'PubSub' > 'PubSub Service'

  2. Untick 'Service Enabled'

  3. Click 'Update'

  4. Select 'Node Summary' from the left panel

Outcome: All nodes and associated information has been removed

Expected outcome: User is warned that all information will be lost and is asked to confirm their decision

The real (c)(r) issue here is that upon re-enabling the service, the nodes (that never got deleted) aren’t properly reloaded.

A workaround for this issue is restarting Openfire, after the service has been enabled again. This will properly reload the nodes.
