Remove 'Jive Software' from splash image

Description

Windows launcher window shows a splash image when in offline mode, which still shows 'Jive Software' in the corner. The image can be edited.

Although, we still have "Built by Jive Software and the IgniteRealtime.org community" in the footer of Admin Console (and probably in some other places).

Edited the image and replaced Jive Software with Ignite Realtime.
