Openfire makes use of Rome Fetcher to fetch the RSS feed for the admin console. 

This has been deprecated for some time - https://github.com/rometools/rome/issues/276 

Rome Fetcher should therefore be removed in favour of other mechanisms (as suggested in the above issue).
