Various S2S interop issues

Description

As recorded by the M-Link server:

Problems:

  • The second 'stream open' (line 12) has no 'to' attribute (but should)

  • The second 'stream open' (line 12) has a 'from' attribute value that is 'openfire.interop.5222.nl' while this value is expected: 'muc.openfire.interop.5222.nl'

  • The streamID value is re-used between both streams, which is prohibited by https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6120#section-5.4.3.3

The changes were merged. do you want to give this a once-over? Alex verified the fix earlier, but with all the merges going on, an additional check doesn’t hurt.
