Self-presence status not added to kick presence

Description

When a user is kicked, they receive a presence informing them. This presence should have a self-presence status (110) to indicate that they are the subject of the presence, but doesn't.

I've observed this in OF 4.2.4 and 4.7.0-SNAPSHOT.
