Members of a room reserve their nickname with the room. Other users should not be able to use their nickname.
Openfire currently checks for this when another room is joining the room. When that user uses a nickname that is reserved, the join is disallowed.
However, Openfire currently fails to verify this when an occupant that is already in the room changes its nickname. This is falsely allowed.
