Deadlock with OutgoingSession and BOSH

Description

Just now, the Threaddump plugin detected a new deadlock on Ignite. The thread dump is attached to this issue.

The affected code revolves around BOSH and S2S - in particular the code that 'bounces' stanzas.

I believe that this is very similar to OF-2341, but as this is a new occurrence, I thought it best to raise a new JIRA issue to track content (if only to not pollute https://igniterealtime.atlassian.net/browse/OF-2341#icft=OF-2341 with diagnostics related to both occurrences).

Igniterealtime’s Openfire is now dogfooding a change referencing this ticket to see if the deadlocks are gone.
