Openfire allows an administrator to lock out users in the admin console. For the duration, a number of predefined durations are provided. The administrator can also choose to provide a custom value, in minutes.

When providing a custom value, the lock-out does not seem to take effect. This problem does not occur when using a pre-defined value.
