Do not use default value for user's creation / last modified date

Description

Openfire users have an optional ‘creation’ and ‘last modified’ property. These are normally obtained from the Openfire database.

When users are provisioned through another UserProvider, then these values are often defaulted to ‘now’. That’s silly, as it’s a wrong value. The values are optional. If a UserProvider does not provide a value, null should be used.

not sure if you already started with that issue. In case you did not, I think I found a fix while looking into . I can also provide a PR for that. Just let me know.
