Jingle Nodes plugin should use lowercase in i18n file's name

Description

The plugin "Jingle Nodes Plugin" has no language file, it displays the text as "— Jn.settings.title".

The source may be updated, bu there is probably an old version on the site. Let's bump the version and upload new one.

@wroot current master already has the file as lowercase, or am I missing something?

Assigning it to Daryl and fix version 3.10.0. Should be easy to rename jingleNodes_i18n.properties file to jinglenodes_i18n.properties. Maybe also bump version.

Actually I have both the problems. Visual part & function. The titles are also not correct.
