Fastpath webchat - Agent and Customer names not colour coded in Internet Explorer
In fastpath webchat Internet Explorer <= 8 the customer's names are not colour coded. In Firefox and Chrome the agent's name is in blue and the customer's name is in red. In IE they are both black. This makes it difficult for the customer to distinguish who said what in the conversation
Got no response, can reopen if it is still an issue.
Is this issue still happening on a current release (3.9.1)? @Chris McCaw, was this patch committed?
I've updated the description. I have been working on this and have a patch which I will commit soon
Which IE version? Btw, as nobody is currently working on Fastpath development, i think this won't be fixed soon (if ever). Unless someone provides patches.
