MUC Topic/Subject change not propagated to other cluster nodes
Description
Changes to the MUC room subject/topic (per XEP-0045) are not being propagated across nodes when running Openfire in a cluster.

Updated subject handler to initiate MUC room cluster task when the subject is changed.
Presumed fixed. Additional testing and validation requested.
