Admin console does not automatically log an admin out after the idle time limit

The admin console does not automatically log you out after whatever the time limit is – 3.6.4 pre-built that's available via the Downloads does.

We cannot reproduce this problem. The original reporter verifies that the problem is not / no longer there.
