Do you know the git revisions for those two builds? I don't know how Kraken works, but I can't imagine this or could have broken something with regards to icons/transports.

Ok, this is not only affecting Kraken. Clients can't get any service discovery when using 1593 build (no rooms, anything, both in Spark, Psi). Psi says the feature is not implemented, when on 1592 it shows all the services just fine. Here is the page of 1593 build in Bamboo with all the linked commits and tickets http://bamboo.igniterealtime.org/browse/OPENFIRE-NIGHTLYWINDOWS-1593
This is for Windows because i can only test this one (and i use it on Windows in production, so it is the only one i really care )
This is the Debian build with the same changes http://bamboo.igniterealtime.org/browse/OPENFIRE-NIGHTLYDEB-1408

You are right. Thanks for testing this out!
It's this commit, which is causing it:
https://github.com/igniterealtime/Openfire/commit/9c904ce569f1ce4facbab700a7be94318b5e4a3f

We probably need to revert it, cause I couldn't find an (easy) solution which fixes this issue () as well your issue (which is of course far more severe).
