Implement feature, that the preference menu can be opened with a pre-selected preference in focus

Description

For optimization and customization purposes, it would be nice to open the preference-window with a selected preference, instead of always select the first preference in list.

You can submit the preference, that you want to pre-select in the opening-procedure of the preference window.
For example the FileTransferPreference.
By opening the preference window, spark should search all existing preferences in the preference-list and compare the namespaces.
If, for example, the FileTransferPreference is contained in the preference-list of spark, that preference will be selected while
opening the preference-window for the user.
If the FileTransferPreference is not contained in the preference-list of spark, the first preference will be selected.

The idea to offer this option was to provide a fast way of configuring specific preferences. So if something is going wrong or need to be configured by the user, we can create a simple button to guide the user to the specific preference, instead of giving a message with text only, like "please open the the preferences and select the target preference-tab to configure it".

Does this mean "the last selected setting"?

No. You can submit the preference, that you want to select by opening the preference window.
For example the FileTransferPreference.
By opening the preference window, spark will search all existing preferences in the preference-list and compare the namespaces.
If, for example, the FileTransferPreference is contained in the preference-list of spark, that preference will be selected while
opening the preference-window for the user.
If the FileTransferPreference is not contained in the preference-list of spark, the first preference is selected (as previeus behavior of spark was).

The idea to offer this option was, to provide a fast way of configure, for example, the download directory for filetransfer. Now, it is possible to provide a
simple button in the chat window, if the user is trying to download a file with a invalid download directory. He can simply click the button and the preference-window will be
opened with the filetransfer tab selected.
