Investigate what is "ky" translation file needed for
Description
In Spark's source there is spark_i18n_ky.properties file which i don't know what language it is made for and it is not shown in the GUI as a selection of an available language. Maybe it was named wrong and should be not ky, but something else. Or maybe we can just remove it.

Then weird, because it shows for me it is on gsoc teaser list. It's Kyrgyz language, but I am still going to investigate showing it in GUI. But first I am going to finish Spark-939.
gsoc-teaser label search shows 72 results right now and i don't see this one on the list. Anyway. If you wish, you can tackle this, but this is a very minor thing.
The side panel shows the whole list of issues for Spark project (272 in total). Not sure why it does that. The ticket itself doesn't have a gsoc-teaser label in the Labels field, so you can use that field to make sure if a ticket is gsoc-teaser actually.
