Redundant Roar popups and history entries when receiving messages

Another issues spotted today. Every time you close a window with someone and receive a message from them, you get +1 additional Roar popup for a single message.

Harder to reproduce, but i was also getting duplicated history entries today in the chat window when receiving messages. When i was opening a chat window, one copy of the message was already being shown as old one (above the line) and second copy as the new message.
