Add a button to restart Spark if network error happens

Description

In 2.8.3 there was a bug that Spark would restart if while reconnecting it hits the "You connection was closed due to network error" and user clicks on that message. It could be useful in the case of such error (or always) to show a small "Restart Spark" button in that area (Reconnect process shown as a group). Such button can also be added in other Reconnect view cases.

is there anyway you can add this to spark 2.9.4 or spark 3.0?

In my opinion the button should be the button. Otherwise it is not intuitive.

perhaps you need to add to this inscription "You connection was closed due to network error, click on this inscription to reconnect", so as not to add a separate button. How do you feel about it? This is a very useful feature as it often happens that the connection drops and you have to restart Spark.
