Ending SIP calls does not work properly

Description

Ending SIP calls (not on roster) has several bugs:

1) Title of tab remains on the phone. For example, "On Phone with 7512". Also, it should either be "On Phone With" or "On phone with" (notice caps)

2) I'm no longer able to place calls in the roster – the input field is disabled. I must close the tab that had the ended call in order to be able to place another call.

3) Trying to close the tab prompts: "Closing this room will end the call. Continue?". Obviously that doesn't make sense since the call is already ended.

4) System tray continues to show "Away - On Phone" after the call is over, despite the main presence indicator showing "Available".

The following is still not fixed:

Additionally, the system tray icon never changes to on the phone now, even when in a call. This is a new bug?
