New Single Sign-On (SSO) UI

Description

We need to add SSO options to the Preferences dialogue.
We also need to alter the Login screen to reflect that the user is logging in via SSO.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here are the mockups for Single Sign-On for Spark.

Setup
The idea is that you would have to go to the Preferences tabs to turn it on. You would check the checkbox and input the proper server name.
The first time they hit OK would take them to the new Login screen.

Daily Use
Every time thereafter, the app would launch directly into Authentication.

Logout
If you logout you would also be sent back to the Login screen.

Authentication Screen
Hopefully we could adopt this for all authentication transitions.

Preferences
I also noticed that the button was titled "Advanced". It really shouldn't be. Can we change that to Preferences?

In Linux the Logout options aren't available

Why have the user go into preferences just to enable SSO?

Why not just have a 3rd check box that says Login using credentials for "Michael Silger". And once the user checks the box, the username and password field become greyed out or un-editable.

At a user's point of view, the less the clicks of the mouse the better.
