Auto-reconnect does not send available presence or ask for roster

Description

Debugging an issue where a customer's rosters were not populating correctly. One reason found for this is that he would auto-reconnect (restarted openfire causing the auto reconnect). During the reconnect, Spark would establish the session, but Spark never send it's presence (available) and never requested roster presence information.

This should be related to SMACK-295, please remove the 5000ms schedule if the Smack issue is fixed and updated within Spark.
