Make it easy to view Enterprise license in the admin console
Description
The Spark Skinning service is going to be validated against the Enterprise license key. Right now there is no easy way to get the license key out of Enterprise through the Admin Console. This improvement makes it easy to view the existing license text (the base64 encoded text).
On the Admin Console > Enterprise > License Information page, add a link to "View License" that is similar to the "Update License" link. Clicking on "View License" will display the license text.
