Sparkweb index.jsp isn't published in enterprise.jar

Description

The sparkweb startup configuration detailed here:
http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/docs/DOC-1400
is not accessible, because index.jsp isn't part of the enterprise plugin

This issue can be worked around by directly accessing the swf file from an external html file, such as the one attached.
