When upgrading, I am requested to overwrite every file (.sql, .png, .gif, etc).
Description
When running the Wildfire 3.2 installer as an upgrade instead of a new installation, I am asked whether I want to overwrite files. Can this be limited to important files instead of every file? I went through the first 50 or so manually (all the .sql files, and all the documentation files), and finally clicked yes to all after I saw that I had to confirm every image file (.png and .gif) as well.

The reason for this was that the installer was thinking that Wildfire was not installed in that directory. This could happen if you copy the actual folder where Wildfire was installed and then apply the update on the copied directory.
