Invoke IQResultListeners on other cluster nodes for domain-addressed stanzas

Description

When a cluster node receives an IQ result that is addressed to the domain itself, it tries to find a corresponding IQResultListener that might have been registered previously.

In a clustered setup, the listener might have been registered on another cluster node.

When a IQResultListener can't be found locally, Openfire should try to search for them on other cluster nodes.
