When an item is being published on a Pubsub node, all subscribers and the subscribers of the parent collection nodes are notified. This, however, should not happen unconditionally.

Specifically, the access modes should be observed: if the access model of the node (or its parent) is preventing the parent node subscriber from receiving the notification, it should not be sent.
