Reduce log level severity of failure to do a DNS lookup

Description

When a DNS lookup fails, this currently is logged as an ERROR. Not only is this pretty common (it can happen with typo’s in JIDs), it’s also something not under control of an administrator.

Lets significantly reduce the verbosity of exceptions like these:
