NullPointerException in S2S when ID attribute is missing

Description

This likely only affects alpha builds of Openfire 4.8.0.

Observed on Ignite with Openfire 4.8.0 Alpha, build 3013249

I’ve replaced the domain name and IP address of the peer to protect the innocent.

Prosody 0.11.x sends no stream ID (0.12.x sends a blank stream ID) when issuing a stream error. Looking at the log lines around these occurrences, that’s likely the case here, too.

I believe I can see this in the logs for Ignite as recently as 2023.10.30 18:50:48
