@wroot So there are two problems here.

1) I didn't realize we were bundling a JRE with the windows build
2) I am blissfully ignorant on how we get a bundled JRE with the windows build

So I am working on figuring out #2

Was this really resolved? After installing 3.8.1 on Windows with JRE bundled it shows 1.6.0_18 in Admin Console.
