System Look and Feel option should be using system theme highlighting colors
Description
In Windows "System Look and Feel" option has different colors for the main Spark menu options highlighting (when one is hovering mouse pointer over the menu option). It looks like Spark is using light blue highlight color for the original older menu options, and all the new menu options have dark blue (depends on Windows current theme - classic in this case) highlighting. It's seems logical to stick with the current system theme, so in this case all highlighting should be dark blue or depend on the system theme.

i think this might be a look&feel bug
on JTattoo and non-classic-windows (Aero) this is not present

What options? This is still an issue with Windows theme and i can't fix it with setting menu bg color in Colors tab, nor i think users should be doing this.

Except for the Languages menu. It's not a checkbox, but maybe this is true for menu items with deeper selections.

In Linux menu items with checkboxes are highlighted with dark, and the others are light. And i think in windows too.
