Fix the displaying of system tray icons

Description

System tray icons haven't been touched since 2.5.8, so the problem is in the new system tray api. If it is possible, scaling on different Windows system should be fixed (probably on Linux too).

Environment

Mostly on Windows, looks better on Windows XP, looks bad on Windows Vista/7
