Remove unsupported gateway transports

Description

The Spark supports various transport but some of them won’t work anymore because service closed:

aim, icq, msn, yahoo, gtalk

There are other transports that may be not supported anymore or they don’t have a transport anymore.

As far I understood the transports are same is in a Kraken. I can’t find enough infor about the Kraken even on a forum

It looks like same unsupported transports should be removed there too.
